About Us

Bobby’s Towing & Auto Repair is family-owned and operated by us - Bobby and Christie, lifelong Cleveland locals.

We were both born in the Cleveland area, and this business reflects the values we grew up with — work hard, be honest, and treat people with respect. We’re not a chain and we’re not corporate. When you call or stop in, you’re dealing with real people who care about doing the job right.

Family is a big part of our lives and our business. We have one daughter, Michaela, who is still at home with us, along with several grown children and grandchildren. At home, we also have five dogs and a cat, so animals are always a part of our everyday life.

At the shop, we have two working guard dogs, Sable and Willow, sisters who help protect the property after hours. While customers may hear or occasionally see them, they are secured and part of our on-site security, helping us keep the building, your vehicles, and our equipment safe.

Our team is small, experienced, and hands-on. Bobby works alongside brothers Josh and Jeremy, with David as our main mechanic. We also have Felix, who keeps our used auto parts organized and ready to be listed accurately in our live inventory system, which Christie manages behind the scenes to ensure customers get the correct parts quickly.

Because we’re local, we understand Cleveland drivers, Cleveland roads, and Cleveland weather. Whether you need auto repair, towing, or used auto parts, our goal is simple: honest assessments, fair pricing, and reliable work you can trust.
